1. General Terms

By using our website, purchasing a product, or booking a class, you affirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian.

  • You will use our services only for lawful purposes.

  • You agree to provide accurate information during booking or checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or deny entry to a class if we believe behavior is abusive, unsafe, or fraudulent.

2. Services Offered

Street Salsa offers:

  • In-person salsa classes and events

  • Private bookings

  • Physical merchandise (where applicable)

All services are subject to availability and may be modified, paused, or canceled at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Colombian Pesos (COP) unless otherwise specified.

  • Payments are processed securely via Shopify’s supported payment gateways, including PayU, credit/debit cards, and local methods.

  • Prices may change at any time without notice, but will not affect confirmed bookings.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

  • Bookings are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • No-shows or late cancellations are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

5. Assumption of Risk

By participating in a dance class, you acknowledge:

  • You are physically able to participate

  • You voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical activity

  • Street Salsa and its instructors are not liable for injuries or damages that occur during a class

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including videos, photos, copy, and branding—is owned by Street Salsa and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without written consent.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse instructors or other participants

  • Attend a class under the influence of drugs or alcohol

  • Share access to paid content or misrepresent your identity during booking

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes your acceptance.
